MONUMENT REMAINS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!
Resi Ventures would like to reassure you that at the moment Monument remains open for business.
The Government shutdown does not currently include building, construction and development sites as they remain essential services.
In these trying times the directors of Resi Ventures are liaising with all stakeholders such as civil consultants, civil contractors, councils and other government authorities to make sure we are all working together to achieve our common objectives: to produce titles for our purchasers.
We are also working in conjunction with all our suppliers, contractors & staff to ensure that we are doing all we can to enforce health & safety rules in relation to COVID-19 so that works can continue on site and we can keep pushing forward to complete stages on our estates.
We appreciate that the situation is evolving daily so during this difficult time, we are offering increased flexibility to current and future customers in regards to contacting our team.
Our sales consultants continue to operate from our sales office, and we encourage our clients to book appointments or communicate by phone, email or video call.

And of course, we know that you will respect our staff if you are meeting them for an appointment by following the rules below:
- Do not attend if you have travelled overseas in the past two weeks;
- If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive to Covid-19;
- Do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 including:
- Sore Throat
- Fever
- Shortness of breath
- Coughing
- Keep 1.5m distance from the sales team and make no physical contact
- Use sanitizer when available and wash your hands often
