Monument Park Update

The one-hectare of vacant land on Opera Boulevard will be transformed later this year into a local destination park that will provide a recreation space for all ages to enjoy. The vision for Monument’s Central Park is to create an inclusive area that fosters community connections and provides a fun space for active and stimulating activities but also a green sanctuary for residents to enjoy the outdoors.

The park will include:

• Basketball Court
• Skatepark
• State of the art play equipment featuring two huge towers consisting of slides and various climbing structures
• Barbeque facilities
• Numerous passive play areas
