Monument design guidelines for all new homes

Have you lodged your online Developer Approval with the estate’s designer guideline committee?
Importantly, have you included the landscape design for your front garden?
You need to check you have added one of the following statements in Part X section Y:
“I have chosen design “X” from the range provided by the Developer” OR
“I have already accepted the offer of a free front landscaped garden from the range provided by the Developer”.
If your application doesn’t include one of these sentences, then construction of your new home could be delayed.
You or your builder can lodge plans directly using the Design Approval Portal at www.ngdd.com.au
I suggest you check with your builder to see if your Design Approval has been lodged.
If it hasn’t been lodged then please ensure it is done immediately.
